Toronto's Nuit Blanche begins at 6:59 PM, Saturday, October 1, 2011 until sunrise Sunday, October 2, 2011. Check out two new works from the Tasting Room series, exhibited for sale at Engine Gallery in the distillery district:

Tasting Room, Acrylic & Mixed Media on Canvas, 48" x 48"

P’Tit Basque, La Sauvagine, La Marechal, Bleu Benedictin,
Chabichou du Poitou, Beemster XO, Acrylic on Canvas, 60" x 48"

"This year the Distillery District along with several tenants, community groups and local artists under the curatorial direction of Thom Sokoloski, will be activating spaces throughout the Distillery District under the theme of “Futurism Today or NOT!” with works inspired by the Italian Futurist movement. The works will be integrated into a large-scale site-specific showcase called The Futuristic Institute of Collective Happenings. In addition to the art installations, many restaurants and retailers at the Distillery District will remain open overnight."
